In September 2012, Northgate Industries Ltd. proudly entered into a formal joint venture with Primco Dene, a wholly owned company of Cold Lake First Nations. We formed Primco Dene Northgate Industries (PDNI). We continue to expand on Primco Dene’s core values to develop Cold Lake First Nations management capacity through training initiatives. PDNI is a model for First Nations’ business development with a reputation for excellence. To date we have successfully manufactured and installed over 800 beds of workforce housing within the traditional lands of the Cold Lake First Nations.
